It’s is in absolutely perfect condition. The actual tag says size 4 but it runs small. The ptp is 17.25 across. The waist where the tie is is 14 across. Length is 37.5 2015 style. Can wear as a jacket 100% cotton no stretch I think Lorelei would wear a jacket like this over a dress or with trousers
