Y2K Vintage Halter Dress with Rhinestones and Cutouts

This is a gorgeous Y2K vintage dress. Made of a black stretch fabric it’s a halter style dress with a keyhole cutout at the neckline and silver rhinestones all over the bust! The dress ties at the neck and hits just above the knee. It’s marked a size small, but is quite stretchy and can fit up to a medium - please use measurements in photos for best fit. Overall in good vintage condition with no major flaws to note.
