Rock & Roll Cowgirl floral duster

gorgeous floral duster, in very nice feeling fabric! You can wear it buttoned up, or open. I purchased this at Boot Barn, it's in perfect condition! I think I only wore it one time briefly. It is darted in the bust, has smocking, and cute little buttons right underneath the breast, it's very cute buttoned up and has smocking on the sleeve as well! This is the perfect thing to wear at an outdoor concert or festival as well! Nice light layering piece.
