@jlnlovestoshop No, it is used. But, in excellent condition. No call outs. This bag retails for over $1,300 New and more than $500 used. I saw this bag on e-bay for $550 with many call outs and on other websites for more than that. I can provide a dust bag but No Gucci. The Gucci bamboo line is expensive though. Thanks for your interest and checking out my closet 🫶🏻.

@catblackburn04 Oh, sorry to get back to you so late. This sold in auction. But, No call outs means that no major signs of wear can be seen or found in the bag. People should list all the faults and call outs of the items they are selling.
