This dress is just incredibly pretty and adds a touch of exotic appeal. This is a strapless, mesh overlay a top of a solid black slip. This strapless dress from Forever 21 features red and green floral appliqués throughout the front of the dress. I love this dress and truly wanted it to fit. But it didn’t. This is a size 3X however I believe that’s a very understated sizing. Visually, this looks to fit a large, loosely, an XL perfectly and 2xl in bodycon fashion.
