Vintage Dress - Cerise w/ Peplum, capp sleeves, pintucks on shoulder

Vintage dress from Attitude California. It has 1940's tea dress vibes. If you find a matching hat or fascinator in Cerise, you'll be set. The size label is washed out, but I think it's around a size 6. The fabric has a little bit of give. There is no fiber content label. Waist is 15" on the flat. Ask if you'd like more measurements. It's been hemmed by hand, and you could probably let it out another 5" if you'd want to. See the photos. From a non-smoking small dog friendly home.
