lux4less01 @amandatorrez27 Hi! Just tried it on to get more accurate measurements. The waist seems to be about 19/20 inches but it has stretch so it will conform. Hope this helps

lux4less01 @amandatorrez27 Do you remember if you had a size 6 or 8? It runs super small. I was a size 6 when I purchased, wore it once now it’s too small.

amandatorrez27 @lux4less01 it was a really, really long time ago, so I had a 2 or 4 at the time. Was the waist measurement perhaps the hip measurement? If it's the same dress (I'm nearly 90% positive it is) it had more of a tight, body con fit so the waist came in. Is this more body con or a loose fit? I know Express put out some looser/boxier fits later on. Crossing fingers somehow it could still work. :)

amandatorrez27 @lux4less01 my hip measurement aligns fairly closely with the flat lay measurement you gave of the waist, so if that was actually the hip measurement it could potentially work.

lux4less01 @amandatorrez27 Yes that’s the hip. Since it’s high waisted I posted a picture. It’s looks to be 16/17 inches, check it out
