Umgee USA Dress M Nautical Navy Blue and White Striped Medium Casual Comfort

Perfect dress for Spring and Summer! Tunic style. Could easily be worn with leggings. Navy blue and white striped. Slight hi lo.  Excellent condition.  Measurements taken from flat lying position and unstretched.  Bust/armpit to armpit measures approx 18 inches across.  Overall length from back of neck/collar to bottom hem is approx 35.5 inches.  Freshly laundered and from non smoking.
