Chicos 100% Leather-Suede Chic Midi Skirt-Size 3 or XL-New w/Tags

This is a Women's Chicos 100% Leather Suede A-Line Midi Skirt that is a size 3 or XL. It is new with tags and retails for $198. It has a 33" Waist and the length is 32". It has a side zipper and is lined. It has elastic on each side of the skirt to give a couple of extra inches in the waist as needed. It has an ink stain on the back where I think I put it on top of an ink pen on the table. Hopefully, a dry cleaner can take this out. I reduced the price accordingly. Other than this, it is in great new condition.
