Brand new. It was a gift that did not fit recipient. There is 3 faint black marks. Do not notice unless I examine the sweatshirt. Probably happened at the store before purchase. They will probably wash out but I didn’t want to remove the tags to do so. Last 3 pictures will show close up of the 3 separate black marks. Please refer to pictures 😊
