Vintage 80s LL Bean XL Rugby Striped Sweatshirt Maxi Dress/Nightgown

Great piece from the 80s, heavyweight cotton with ribbed neck and cuffs and the classic rubber rugby buttons at neckline. Drop shoulder. Gorgeous soft pink with pale blue, yellow and aqua rugby stripes. Very hard to find vintage rugby items in this color pattern! This was most likely sold as a nightgown -- and it would be a great and cozy one! -- but it's such a great piece I think it should be worn as a dress. Excellent vintage condition, the only flaws are at the hems by the seams, a little bit of fraying -- shown in photos. Measurements shown in photos.
