This HAS to be a 1 of a kind piece! Has no tags of any kind. Good quality leather. Has some stains that aren’t too noticeable. It looks like someone got paint on it then tried to wash it off. See pics. Even so, it’s a weird and wonderful must have! Yee Haw! 22” long. 16” shoulder to shoulder. 20” pit to pit. Probably a size L.
