I have hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, which besides a whole lot of other health conditions that come with it, I basically have stretched out rubber bands connecting my joints, unlike normal people, whose connective tissue won’t allow crazy range of motion that can damage joints and cause dislocations/subluxations. I’m almost 60 and I still haven’t learned to follow the rules lol. (My body isn’t really laughing with me 95% of the time.)
