titafashion @rmfredericks Hi RF. It doesn’t say 14 karat gold. It looks like it’s hand painted on. It’s a very sturdy paint. I’ve had them for probably 15 years. You have to hand wash, but I don’t believe any of the paint has faded. The bowl and pitcher both look brand new Thank you
