    not my fault, I don’t know the names of all the people that follow me and I’ve made plenty of sales where the person didn’t like it before they bought it. They just bought it so I can’t help that.  I’m sorry this occurred but I had nothing to do with it except got notification from Poshmark that one of my items sold.  I’m not trying to come across rude, but your messages were very rude and you were  seeming to blame me for this purchase.

    @catwalkclothing I had to contact Poshmark Mark through support email. I requested that that they canceled the order because you said you did not order it and so I’m sure that they will do it but it said that that they will get back to me in 1 to 3 business days so it’ll probably be less time than that, but I will let you know as soon as I hear back from them.

    @trendylynns I am sorry you interpreted my messages as rude. I was hurriedly contacting you so we could remedy the problem in the quickest way possible. There are all kinds of ways to do this. You can cancel the order on your end as item not available or item no longer for sale.

    Another option is to just to not print the label and not ship it. I never said it was your fault. I just was desperately trying to contact you so as to fix it and I did not hear back right away. It wasn’t my fault either. There are algorithm problems within Poshmark because I have researched it online on Reddit, Quora and Google searching. The majority of sellers will not ship something that a buyer says they did not intentionally buy.

    Sellers in that situation simply don’t ship and they can sell it to someone who wants it. If you are willing to cancel the sale it does not adversely affect you. That just promotes goodwill among buyers and sellers. I am just asking for your understanding and courtesy in not shipping something I did not buy.

    Buyers who are forced into these algorithm glitch purchases get a really bad feeling about Poshmark. People have reported lots of these purchases where a phone was touched walking up stairs, a child grabbed a phone and hit a button, a phone was dropped and “buy” was clicked, etc.It is really a problem Poshmark needs to fix. There are tons of instances of this. I am not blaming you. I am just carefully explaining the issue and suggesting how we can fix it where both of us are happy.

    Again, you can agree to not ship or cancel the sale. I recently had to cancel a sale where a buyer purchased something that I could not find n my inventory of stored - no longer worn clothing. I apologized and just initiated a cancel sale and the buyer was reimbursed and everyone went away feeling good about the process.

I’ve just never had this come up before and I’ve been selling on here since 2018, but first time for everything right lol so I’ll do that right now from my end
