Rare piece from the Fenton glass company.. these are the last pieces from Fenton, I acquired them directly from the plant when they closed, so there are no more to be found. Very Rare for collectors to sell their stock. I have many more pieces I will be selling from my personal collection. Good Size Specimen. Pretty Big one. 5 pounds 11.2 ounces This Glass Slag Rock is Beautiful, it is RUBY RED with Vein’s of orangish ruby red running through it. In my option it is the prettiest of all the colors. It catches light beautifully. And inspires many conversations. I have a very large one as a centerpiece in my living room. Can be used as an aquarium centerpiece,terrariums, home decor, outside gardens or any thing you can think of. I’ve made beautiful rain chains with smaller pieces of the glass. I also keep mine on window sill’s, some I wrap with jewelry wire in unique and whimsical ways and hang them in front of the windows, when the sun hits them they throw sparkles in the rooms. I have collected these for a long time and other than the red ones I have I’ve never seen any other ones this color. It is a little over 5 pounds. This Ruby Red color usually sells for $15 to $20 a pound. I’m asking $10 a pound. But I am willing to negotiate to go a little lower on the price.
