kataleya_sun I know, it has happened to me as well. The jacket is in great shape but the dress has faded in places on the front and back to a light brown You or I can do a " report a problem" on the order and they will give me a refund and you can decide if you want the dress back. So sorry, it was a really cute dress.

kataleya_sun I will do a "problem/order inquiry" and explain the issue and they will give me a refund. Now to return it to you will require return postage. If there is anything in my closet you might be interested in I could return it along with a purchase or I could pay to return it and you can reimburse me on something from your closet. I will inquire to Poshmark for another solution to get it back to you, it usually takes a day for them to respond.
