11.5 inches is a woman’s size 9? I’m interested but don’t want them to be too big

@geofunk44 Women's size 9 measures 10 inches, but we are giving it a little more measurement because on the inside they are spongy and when we have put the exact measurements on they give us back because they are not on your foot and they feel very small, but to be sure, you can measure the sole of your foot and to that measurement add .5 or .7 inches to avoid them being small, we have many sizes only tell us the measurements of your feet.
