kenbarb1970 Hi Angelica, this is Barb. Im trying to return the alpaca slippers I rec'd yesterday the 13th. They have a firm, stiff ring around the upper perimeter of each slipper that is very uncomfortable. Additionally they are not a typical size 9. Im a 8.5 to 9, and can barely get my foot inside. Pls. Send me a return shipping label. Btw: your description doesn't mention anything about the stiff ring like perimeter. Thank you. Barb
