Under a warmer for maybe an hour? No more than that - my hatred of verbena is too strong. It did reach a full melt pool, but the wick is a little off center (see photos) - if you burn candles it's easy enough to fix when you have it lit (just use a toothpick or something similar to move it back and hold it in place while the wax hardens). Comes with the box which is in decent shape.
