Snap closure, interior has two slip pockets, zipper pocket with mirror on outside, small coin pocket with snap and a snap pocket with four clear plastic card/picture sleeves. Interior isn’t clean, has wear on material, markings in mirror, small hole in the corner of mirror pocket, plastic sleeves have markings. All shown in pics. Approximate measurements shown.
