Mac Dugal pageant/ party/ prom gown

Mac Dugal ball gown or pageant gown. Very beautiful blue. Size 14 but I am 5'6" and usually wear a size 8, and it fits perfectly in the bodice. This dress is extremely long and will need to be hemmed. I have had no alterations done to it. If you are 5 8. or 5'9" You probably would be fine with no alteration to the bottom. needs to be steamed
