This it definitely Cotton or a Primarily cotton blend based on the feel Based on measurements and trying it on myself I Know this top will fit an X Large, I wear a size L/XL and it was quite loose fitting on me but I know granny wore hers oversized Likely for comfort, it could perhaps fit a 2X but I can't say definitively because I'm not so sure about the sleeves being Comfortable.
