Spell and the Gypsy Lolita halter dress with adjustable tie neck and adjustable tie back. This dress is size XL but is highly adjustable and very flowy. The base of the cups measures 12.5” across wear it connects to the skirt. The middle point of the cups measures 16.5” plus/minus due to being adjustable. This dress can accommodate a wide range of bust sizes. The skirt is 45” long in the front and 49” long in the back.
