Fancy, and incredibly special! Hand smocking at the bust, with plenty of roses too. Red ruffled collar, victorian in style. This dress wears long, Little woman vibes! A timeless, classic piece. Sizing states 4, but my 6Y just grew out of this one. Buttons down the back, with a single belt loop and ties at back.
