@harleychic00 hi, the bail pictured is included (it actually was manufactured this way) and yes, it’s permanently soldered on the charm.

@harleychic00 I have a Tiffany jump ring that opens up and you can use it to add the charm to a bracelet if you like. However, you’d probably have to clip it to the existing bail.
