Matteau Shirred Cotton Dress, size "4" aka size large. Fits size L-XL - depending on how you want it to fit! It is a gathered elastic neckline with lots of stretch - so closer to size large will have more gathering, less gathering if you're more of an XL! Absolutely stunning fabric! Something I've not encountered very many times before, but I wish I had - is an elasticated neckline and waist, it makes for such a comfy fit! Perfect for vacay and life in the city alike! It features a low cut neckline - no bra needed - which is perfect for the heat! 100% cotton. Like new.
