Used and in good shape. Fraying on edges of blouse and sleeve. Some loose threads on embroidered arms. On the v-neck of blouse the material is attached but there is a small area that is starting to separate but doesn’t affect wearability of top. Has ties in front. Layers are connected on top by neckline but separated on bottom.
