Heel is about 2.5". Foot bed (insole) is about 10.5". The calf measurement at the top is 17". There is no stretch. (For reference I usually wear between a 10-11, and my calves are 16.5" and I can zip them fully for a fitted look. If your calves are smaller, they will have an oversized look like in the stock photo with the darker pair for you.)
