Limoges Peint Main Vintage Box Bust Red Hat with purple ribbon. Feather Clasp 3” Hand Painted by the French Accents (FA) company. A Limoges expert online states that the company that made this box, French Accents, is no longer in business. Exquisite Limoges France hand painted box. Bust of a lovely, blue- eyed woman wearing a charming red hat. The hat has a purple ribbon that is touched with gold paint. She is number 274 from a limited edition of three hundred. This box stands about 3 inches tall. The clasp on the opening edge is a feather. Inside, the year 1940 is painted on the inside bottom of the box.
