Very classy silk cold shoulder blouse by Nicole Miller. It has a v-neck and little slits on both sides of the v-neck. It has buttons at the wrist and is very flowy. The back of the shirt is 3 inches longer than the front of the shirt. All measurements are shown in pics. It is lightly loved with one notable defect. It has a snag on the back of the shirt at the bottom,Pictured clearly.
