Vintage Silk 2 Piece Skirt & Blouse

Pretty floral pattern, black flowers on red background. I'm pretty sure it is silk but there's no label that says. 2 piece outfit, pleated midi-skirt, & collared button blouse. I don't really know the decade on this one, and I can't find out anything about the brand on line... the sewn in label looks like JEB to me, with stylized letters. The skirt is almost half circle, with triple box pleats that give it fullness, with 2 hook & eye closures in the waistband, but no zipper. It does not have pockets. The hem has mostly come out, and it needs to be hemmed The top has cloth (silk) covered buttons that match the dress, and there are long darts front and back that open into pleats about 5" above the bottom of the blouse, giving it a flare around the hips kind of like a peplum. 3/4 length sleeves, but I believe both buttons are missing. There is a button on one sleeve but it does not match, and I bet someone sewed it on just to have a button. You'll need to put buttons of your choice on the cuffs. Labeled size 12, but fits more like a size 6. Skirt length 32" unhemmed Skirt waist 26" circumference Top: Armpit to armpit is 20" but I'd say the bust fits like 34"-36" around. Waist: 30" around Sleeves 17" I'm guessing it is 1970s or 80s. It is in good condition other than needing to be hemmed and given cuff buttons...
