@flowersquiddy hi! It can be styled on the shoulder or off the shoulder and the collar and waist have elastic bands so it stretches and is super versatile. It could fit as a medium. I generally wear a small or xsmall and I didn’t hate how it fit on me, it was just a puffier look. Laying flat, it’s 20” shoulder to shoulder and 15” across the chest.
