Spa'd at Hermes - new handle, new hardware, new strap in a long length for crossbody ($3000 alone)
Some discoloration on toile. But for the age of the bag it is absolutely fabulous. Cleaned by Hermes, however now that there’s new hardware, new clochette, new lock, new handle, new strap - you may feel more comfortable having a third party try cleaning it (leather surgeons, rago brothers)

Can you post a video to show stains on bag? It hard to see the depth of the stains. Have you tried cleaning stains?

@podle I will once I get home. i have not tried cleaning myself. But it was serviced at the Hermes spa. I have thought about sending it to leather surgeons as well to see what they could do

@podle because of all the work that was being done to the bag they gave me a “ free” Cleaning. I wonder if I brought the bag back and asked for it to be cleaned only and paid for it if it would come back in better shape. It’s hard to say for certain.
