@wickertsales no - Poshmark has not replied and suspect they won’t since I have the shipping label in email.
I’ve already been sourcing speedy 30 bags and have some offers.
I said $80 because I thought 1) wouldn’t have go through the difficult issue I’d selling a bag weird torn zipper - it’s dry rotten - can only be replaced and 2 keep $200 for the bag.
Everything is fine I’ve packed the bag and will send it asap.

@bethhk1 that works of just sending it back, I apologize for this experience you had, I was not aware of any flaw. Zipper worked great when I used the bag which was only a few times and I never encountered any tear or flaw with zipper.

@wickertsales not that it matters at this point but I paid $350 and offered to split the zipper
at $80 - leaving you $270. With fees - weren’t you making what you wanted? After all this - I was still trying to be generous and prevent you from having to sell a bag.

@bethhk1 so with taking $80 off that would bring price to $270, then poshmark takes fees so my return is $216.00 for the purse. I was hoping and wanting to make $235 at least for the bag.
So that would make the price of the bag $290-$295- if I’m getting a $230 return.
Which is more like $60 off instead of $80, but didn’t seem like you had any wiggle room and was very firm on the $80

@bethhk1 so I received a return email from poshmark regarding how I would give you a refund and they said they do not offer that since the return was approved and finalized. I think the only route is to return bag to me.
Unfortunately I believe this is the only and best route to take, I appreciate your generosity of trying to work out an arrangement where I can give you money toward replacing zipper.

I am very sorry for this headache and trouble and inconvenience this caused you. It also was a trouble for me as well- I will see if someone maybe wants to purchase the bag again with the flaw of the zipper/tear.
