This Nicole Miller utility jacket has never been worn. You can tell by the fold of the sleeves and by the stiff tags on the inside. It was a gift about 2 years ago and it’s just not my thing. Perfect for people who are into the structured, linen look so popular today. It’s meant to be a blouse so there is plenty of room for a rather large chest when buttoned. I’m a 36 D and there is no gaping but it can also be layered and worn as a spring jacket. It’s a linen blend and can be washed according to the tags.
