Vintage Avon goldtone metal bangle bracelet with a dainty cream-colored tulip, which I think is made of either acrylic or celluloid. Bracelet opens slightly at focal section to allow for easier on & off. Measures about 6”. Unsigned, but web search indicates this is a vintage Avon piece.
