Hey the waist measurement says 14 inches, for a total length of 28. Does this run small? 28 inches seems small for a size large!

@winks2b hi there!! I would say it fits true to size. The waist has elastic in it and the way that the skirt is cut it definitely gets to an average size large. When I purchased the skirt, I think I was around a size 8 to 10 US.

@winks2b it hits on the calf for me. It depends on where you want to wear it high up on the waist or a little bit lower. I was planning on wearing it with a oversized sweater, so it hit about Cath length and sat a little bit lower on my waist.
