Sweet Heart Rose 2T Blue Stripe Dress Tulle Bottom

Sweet Heart Rose 2T. Good gently worn condition Adorable little dress. Has a couple of minor flaws, priced accordingly. When I ironed over one of the sleeves, it smudged onto the white part a little bit (see pic). There is an area in the back where the tulle came undone from the knit top part. Just needs a little reinforcement with thread. Overall, very cute dress! 😍 Comes from a smoke free, pet friendly home
