Homemade Gunne Sax velvet corset vintage 1970s prairie mini peplum dress

Vintage gunne sax style dress. I do think this is a real gunne sax, but unfortunately the tags have been removed so I cannot be 100% sure. In nearly excellent condition. Fully functioning zipper. No tears/ rips found in dress or sleeves. Please note, minimal wear on the lace at the bottom of the dress. The lace has turned a slight pink color. And there are a few discoloration marks on the lace, on the back of the dress.
