Brown Lace 3 tier Skirt SZ 16

This skirt measures 17.5 in at the waist therefore a 35 in waist which converts to about a Size 16 or 18. There is no stretch to the waist. This is a 3 tier lace skirt with lots of volume.on the bottom and trimmed in lace. No designer name. Light and would travel well.
