Abel the Label halter Maxi dress Sz S

EUC flowy, loose maxi dress from Anthropologie brand, Abel the Label 100% rayon elasticized waist with tie open back front slit Sz S as a halter, there is no real PTP measurements waist is elasticized so flat is only 11 inches but stretches to 15 photos of measurements where the tie and armholes are please order your normal size. I have this dress in M and I am a medium, so sizing appears to be accurate length from top of shoulder to hem approx 46 inches
