@biota Tiles are almost matte. They are not shiny. It is bright color, but more mute, but not shiny because they don’t have metallic in them. There is no further damages. Upon throughly max details looking, there is tiny spot almost at the bottom. I have attached additional pics. This bag is rarely used as I can tell from the bottom of the bag which is very clean. The glue on the handles because of the humidity in Bangkok where this bag was used.

@biota There was one coming with the purchase of this bag. Since this bag was bought more than 10 years ago, and didn’t plan to sell it, so the card may be lost, but will try to look for it and will revert.
