Item is a Louis Vuitton Black Murakami Multicolor Sarah Snap Wallet made with black multicolor monogram canvas coated leather on the exterior and cream/tan leather interior with gold colored hardware. Item is in good condition.  Iten has minor scuff marks and scratches on the exterior and some minor stains on the interior and shows signs of gentle use.  Edges are clean but do show some signs of wear.   There are no signs of peeling, of stickiness, or odors. The stamp is TH0016 its located under the zipper inside. There is no COA but the stamp is there to look up, its authentic. And yes it does snap and zip up properly.
