NWT MUGLER Dress Pants

NWT Mugler pants - I'm not 100% sure of their origin but the tag reads "1999", so I assume these are a vintage and/or archival piece. They feel very special and have no glaring flaws - only selling because they don't fit! All details and measurements are in photos for reference.
