Rare Italy Cameo Vintage Arezzo Sterling Silver Rhinestone Cameo Shell Pendant This vintage pendant necklace features a white cameo profile on a shell background, surrounded by rhinestones stones set in sterling silver. This one of a kind beautiful pendant measures approximately 1 inch in length. The 17" chain is a thin, sterling silver box chain with a lobster clasp. The pendant bail is stamped with '925' and the pendant is stamped with an unknown makers mark (see pictures). There are no visible imperfections and the chain plus the cameo are in excellent condition considering it's age. This pendant is from a smoke free home. Fast shipping.
