I Am GIA black pants with rivets

Worn once So the pants didn’t come with a size on them , They don’t fit me I’m 5” tall and I wear a 0/1 so I’m assuming there a size 2/3 they are stretchy All my posh closet is from my sister in law that moved out of the country she’s 5’8 I put them on just to show the size reference I don’t have a tape measure so please don’t ask for extra info on them.
