I am lucky to live next door to a store the makes moccasins and other leather goods. The replacement is real leather dark brown strap which matches the lettering/writing on the bag. The original strap was a light brown color. this bag is in good used vintage condition. Very beautiful. It’s big enough to fit a small laptop. Would make a good baby bag or everyday bag. Zipper works great and the front buckle is in good working order.
