The fabric is in great shape. There's a few loose stitches (to be expected on vintage handsewn items) but no holes or rips. There are a few water (?) spots on the cotton & lace, as shown in photos. I'm don't have much experience cleaning vintage fabric, so I won't try, but you might know how. Or take to professional cleaner. Or you're not concerned.
