Gunne sax cream button down puffy sleeve blouse size small

this vintage Gunne Sax blouse is in a soft cream fabric with puffy sleeves in a button-down style. size S no size tag measurements are approximately shoulder 14 bust 17 waistline 15 length 17.5 sleeves 26 condition this blouse is in great vintage condition! there is one small stain and a slight run in the fabric on the left shoulder. please see all pictures. overall these two things are very much not noticeable.
